The TRISM Project Implementation team is looking for you – An Installer is responsible for the successful delivery of our instant issuance solution to our financial institution clients. In this position, you will be working with and interfacing with our customers, this will not be engineering focused.  


You, the Installer will work tine a team that includes, project management, other installers, Level 3 support, training, business partners, and financial product end users. If this is you, please read on and apply!  

What you will be doing

  • Coordinates project activities with project management, tier 3 support, and technical support to ensure on schedule deliverable expectations and oversee the timely completion of milestones. 
  • Work remotely with financial user to install software and hardware components across sing or multiple branches.
  • Upholds the ethics and values of the company 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Technical Skills – Windows networking, Citrix and Virtual Desktop knowledge is required.
  • Technical Skills – Electromechanical skills, preferably around office printers and related hardware. · Must be able to diagnose and resolve issues over the phone.  
  • Previous Customer interface, either in person or on the phone is a requirement.
