The HID Identity Assurance business segment is recognized by Gartner as being a visionary in the industry. As the market demand for frictionless configurable access to on-line and mobile services, applications and content continues to grow, HID is seeking to recruit a Product Marketing Launch Manager.

Reporting to the Vice President of Identity Assurance Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Launch Manager will be responsible for responsible for developing and communicating a compelling story to both internal and external audiences that will help drive awareness and demand for new IDA products and solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•The successful candidate will be required to liaise with Solution Marketing, Product Line Management, and Marcom to create the solution / product marketing launch strategy and plan.
•You will coordinate a variety of marketing execution resources (e.g. content, offers) and help ensure that inside/direct/indirect sales resources have the knowledge and tools required to convert leads into opportunities and closed business.
•Following the launch you will be required to develop and communicate an ongoing product marketing plan, and provide updated resources and content to ensure that key stakeholders in sales, marcom and channel marketing continue to have the tools and knowledge necessary for them to be successful in the field.
•Work with solution marketing and product line management to perform market targeting/segmentation exercises.
•Identify a solution / product’s core demand type (e.g. new concept, new paradigm, established market)
•Work with Marcom to map out the potential buying process and key roles / decision makers for the product.
•Work with solution marketing and Marcom to develop buyer personas for the identified roles.
•Build positioning and messaging for a product and support Marcom to translate into end user messaging.
•Support Marcom to build relevant content for buyer roles to consume in a variety of formats, including white papers, brochures, social media, Web pages, online events etc.
•Work with solution marketing and product line management to develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against like offerings from other organizations.
•Collaborate with a formal sales enablement function and/or sales operations on a well-defined sales enablement plan
•Lead or assist in the creation of enablement content for direct and indirect sales resources (e.g. playbooks, battle cards, scripts, presentations, training modules and demos).
•Assist in product naming.
•Support Solution Marketing and Marcom to manage launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of a product, including campaign strategy and/or alignment to existing solution campaign structure.
•Support Marcom to develop a range of customer testimonials for external/internal use, including written case studies.
•Support Marcom to drive product retention strategies, or assist a formalized customer marketing function in doing so.
•Work with sales to conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis

Education and/or Experience
•Degree or equivalent higher level qualification ideally in marketing.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing.
•Knowledge of strong or two factor authentication, digital certificates, cloud services, mobile apps is desirable.
•Knowledge of Physical access control systems, Smart Card Printers, eGovernment solutions and Biometrics would be an advantage.

Language Skills
•Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing. Competency in a second language would be an advantage.
•Ability to create and compelling visuals, graphics, infographics, presentations, videos, and white papers is desirable.

Computer Skills
•Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Proficiency in Adobe and other desktop publishing / multimedia applications would be an advantage.
•Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows etc.
•Knowledge of, and relevant Business Intelligence tools and publications would be an advantage.

•As this is a new role within the IDA product marketing team, the successful application must be self-starter who is goal driven and, with the support of the VP of IDA Product Marketing, be able to shape and adapt the role according to the evolution of the business.
